To place an order, simply browse through the site and select the items that you
would like to buy by clicking on [ buy it ]. You can click on [ Basket ] anytime to update
your shopping. You can either login to your account before you complete checkout or you
can complete checkout without creating an account, just select [ Direct Checkout ].
Payment
Transactions are charged in UK Pounds Sterling.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charges.

UK Delivery
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
You may receive separate packets if your orders are from different designers.
We aim to ship all orders within 7 working days. UK P&P charge starts
from £1 up, depending on weight.
* Please note that the P&P of the products that are shipped from designers
outside UK are usually included in the price, so you do not need to pay extra
postage for those items. Please also allow 10-14 days to arrive at your door.
International Delivery
We are able and happy to send items outside the UK.
You may receive separate packets if your orders are from different designers.
EU P&P charge starts from £1.80 up, depending on weight.
Outside Europe P&P charges start not starts from £2.5 up, depending on weight.
Outside Europe delivery normally takes 10-17 days.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your noodoll order, please email us at shop@noodoll.co.uk within 7 days
of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by email. You can either
exchange to other products or request a back order. We are also happy to give you
a refund if your product is not available.
